The founding team brings together highly operational profiles: business intelligence, financial technology, crisis-zone diplomacy, geopolitical analysis, and field investigations. CEO
After beginning his career in the financial security department of a major banking group, Alexandre went on to serve at France's financial intelligence unit. In 2021, he joined a French business intelligence firm as a director, mainly leading financial investigations and asset-tracing assignments, before founding Timios&Co in 2025. He holds a degree from Sorbonne Law School and speaks French, English, and Arabic. He lectures and speaks within higher-education forums on economic security in its broadest sense.
COO
Stéphane is a PhD student at the University of Oxford, specialising in crypto-assets. For four years, he was the director of research and content for OKX, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange platforms. At the same time, he has been conducting research, notably in the form of a seminar at Oxford and a report for a business intelligence group, on the geopolitical implications of new monetary technologies. He speaks French and English.
Head of AML and Crypto
With degrees in philosophy and law, Gabriel was a civil servant for ten years at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. He was an investigator specialising in AML/CFT, tax intelligence and financial investigations on the blockchain. He is the founder of Koldata, an agency specialising in investigations related to crypto-assets. At the same time, he teaches economic and financial security at Sciences Po Paris and criminal financial analysis at the University of Strasbourg. He speaks French, Spanish, and English.
Head of Middle East
Former career diplomat at the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Iyad Jaber has extensive expertise in the Middle East, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Over more than a decade, he has held senior positions in Paris, Geneva and Arab countries, specializing in conflict and post-conflict contexts, mediation, and crisis management. During his tenure as a French diplomat, he worked on the front-lines of major crises in Libya, the Sahel, and West Africa. Well familiarized with the UN, he is a seasoned multilateral negotiator and has built broad networks across governments, civil society, and international organizations. Near-permanently based in Damascus, he speaks French, English and Arabic.
Head of Analysis
Holding a PhD from the École Normale Supérieure Ulm and serving as a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, Damien specializes in Middle Eastern Studies. He works in French, English, and Arabic.
Head of Investigations
With over ten years of professional experience across two distinct fields — humanitarian project coordination in primary healthcare and social cohesion, and strategic analysis within the French MoD — Maëva brings a unique combination of expertise in both operational management and high-level investigative work. Her ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, coupled with her fluency in English and Arabic, allows her to adapt seamlessly to any environment.
