Data Collected and Purposes
Website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service. Plausible does not collect any personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track individual visitors. Aggregate, anonymised statistics (page views, referrer, country) are collected to help us understand how the website is used. No processing of personal data occurs through this service.
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, and message content) is collected and processed by Tally BV (August Van Lokerenstraat 71, 9050 Ghent, Belgium) on our behalf in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We retain contact form submissions for a maximum of twelve (12) months after your last interaction, after which they are deleted.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies and does not store any information on your device. Because Plausible Analytics is cookieless by design, no cookie consent banner is required.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Contact form data is processed by Tally BV (acting as a data processor under a data processing agreement). Tally hosts all data within the European Union. Plausible Analytics processes only anonymised, aggregate data and never handles personal information on our behalf. No other third parties receive your data.
International Transfers
Tally BV is based in Belgium and hosts all data within the European Union; no transfers outside the European Economic Area take place through this service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare Inc. (United States). Transfers of data to the United States are covered by appropriate safeguards, including Cloudflare’s adherence to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Plausible Analytics is an EU-based service (hosted in the EU) and does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@timios.co. We will respond within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by a further two months where justified by the complexity or number of requests, in which case we will inform you within one month of receiving your request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The date of the latest revision is indicated below. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Where changes materially affect the processing of your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
